To me it looks like a vertical structure, with a well-defined shape, a cylinder surmounted by another cylinder, with a smaller diameter.
Maybe an alien skyscraper?

A me sembra un struttura verticale, con forma ben definita, un cilindro sovrastato da un altro cilindro, con diametro inferiore.
Forse un grattacielo alieno?
